What I Defend

I defend people against all types of criminal and quasi-criminal charges (for example, Highway Traffic Act offences) and against the admission of evidence against them which was only obtained by breaching their rights as protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

These charges and breaches of rights include:

  • Drugs: Selling, Possessing for the Purpose of Selling and Simply Possessing
  • Domestic Assault
  • Shoplifting
  • Fraud
  • Dangerous Driving and ‘Stunt Driving’ and other Highway Traffic Act charges
  • Sexual Offences: Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference, Indecent Acts
  • Serious Offences of Violence: Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon and Robbery
  • Gun Offences
  • Murder
  • Terrorism Offences
  • Banking Act and Securities-Related Offences
  • Violations of the Right to be Secure Against Unreasonable Search and Seizure
  • Violations of the Right Not to be Arbitrarily Detained

Whatever your criminal law or quasi-criminal law problem is, I can solve it for you.
